Our service centers are fully-equipped to handle all of your Fire Apparatus & Ambulance service needs. Our technicians are factory-trained, EVT and ASE-certified. This factory training includes instruction for most major component manufacturers, including Hale, Waterous, Harrison, and Hendrickson, to name a few.
We repair all makes and models of fire apparatus. We outfit our field service technicians with fully-equipped mobile service units to handle your service needs in the station, or on the road in an emergency. All of our conveniently located service centers offer 3rd party pump & aerial testing.
First Priority prides itself on complete custom fabrication capabilities. We have a dedicated staff of employees that are Certified welders in steel and aluminum, providing your Department or Squad with true custom tool mountings, Fixed shelves, roll out tool boards, swing out tool boards, and roll out-tilt down shelves built to your specifications. Custom Trays, bins, toolboxes, brackets, straps, racks, etc. All mounts can be painted to match cab or compartment color .
Reliability is crucial to a successful emergency generator system. Preventative maintenance contracts save you money with competitive rates, but more importantly, give you peace of mind knowing that your generator will be ready to perform in the event of a power outage. Trained technicians work on your system based upon our basic package or a customized package that meets your specific needs.

But, when they happen to your apparatus, you can be assured that the experts at First Priority Full Service Auto Body Repair Facility will restore your vehicle to its original quality standards. And the turnaround time will be minimal, so your apparatus can be back into service where it’s needed.
Modifications and upgrades are available to comply with current NFPA standards, such as relocation of horns and sirens, new warning lights, plumbing changes, auxiliary braking devices and more. Modifications are available for all makes and models of apparatus.

Our software system allows us to maintain the repair history of an individual vehicle or entire fleet of apparatus. We also provide itemized computer-generated invoices for each repair visit.
