First Priority Signs Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement With Leading China Automotive Service Group

First Priority Global, a leading specialty vehicle supplier and manufacturer with worldwide operations, has signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Beijing-based Das Master, a leader and innovator of specialty automotive service solutions. A contract signing ceremony was held at the Das Master corporate headquarters on October 22.

Commenting on the significance of the relationship, First Priority CEO Robert J. Freeman noted “Since our inception, First Priority has been a customer service driven organization, and the relationship with Das Master brings that philosophy to the forefront of our China operations. When visiting Das Master’s facilities, I was struck by the scope and breadth of services provided in their cutting-edge service centers. What was particularly impressive was the exclusive cloud-based App that allows customers to schedule service from the comfort of their home, selecting from a large menu of service options. After establishing a direct connection with a Das Master Service Manager, ¬†pick up of the unit is arranged at the customer’s location. At any time along the way, the customer can track by GPS the location of their vehicle, and then visualize actual service evolutions through real time video camera links. The Das Master relationship will help assure First Priority customers the “White Glove” service experience long our domestic hallmark”. Das Master’s strategic growth plan projects expansion to 500 locations across China by 2020. During this rapid growth phase, First Priority will assist Das Master in adding American-style automotive aftermarket parts sales and distribution to its retail service center locations, as well as contracting with Das Master to service its expanding automotive product lines in China.
