Don’t get rid of that old ambulance – REMOUNT it!
First Priority’s “Renaissance” LineFirst Priority Emergency Vehicles specializes in bringing the best out of your older or damaged rig! Here's the reasoning: Today’s rigs are designed to far outlive the chassis that they are mounted on. Many modular bodies have a life span of over 15 years, and body manufacturers today offer a 15-year warranty. So why not take advantage of this benefit? With the ever increasing costs of emergency vehicles, remounting your current ambulance may save you as much as 50% of the cost of a new unit. At First Priority we specialize in remounting and refurbishing all manufacturers, makes, and models of ambulances and small rescue vehicles to “like new” condition. Our service extends to manufacturers including Road Rescue, Mobile Medical, Horton, Braun, McCoy Miller, Pl Custom, Wheeled Coach, and Medtec. First Priority’s remount specialists will remove the modular body from its current chassis, perform bodywork as required, repaint it, and mount it onto a “new” chassis. All upgrades to the module patient compartment will be completed and the vehicle will be returned to the customer in “like new” condition. First Priority offers a variety of chassis and models for remounting your ambulance or light rescue vehicle. Work may include, but is not limited to, repainting, bodywork, new graphics, electrical upgrades, new flooring and cabinet tops, emergency lighting upgrades, and installation of warning devices. What’s more, the service comes with a warranty package! The package includes a 3-year/36,000 mile warranty on the chassis; a 6-year/72,000 mile warranty on all remount items being provided by FPEV; a 6-year/72,000 mile warranty on all electrical installation/workmanship; and a 7-year PPG Paint warranty. First Priority has many satisfied First Priority Renaissance remount customers. Old vehicles and vehicles involved in accidents have risen to meet new service requirements, served their communities, and saved lives, all while saving their owners thousands of dollars. Contact First Priority today to schedule a meeting with a sales consultant to discuss the options available for remounting your ambulance or small rescue vehicle. Learn More
